3. Website and Enquiry Services

The website allows you to:

* Browse destinations

* Explore experiences

* Submit enquiries

* Use the Trip Builder

* Request information

* Request a proposal

* Arrange a consultation

* Contact Lad Trips Worldwide

Using the website or submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for the purchase of travel.

4. Enquiries Are Not Bookings

Submitting:

* A website enquiry

* A Trip Builder

* A Facebook lead form

* An Instagram lead form

* An email

* A WhatsApp message

* A telephone enquiry

* A consultation request

does not constitute a confirmed booking.

You are free to enquire and explore travel options without committing to purchase.

5. Trip Planning

We may assist you in creating a proposed trip based on your requirements. This may involve:

* Destination selection

* Travel dates

* Group size

* Budget

* Flights

* Accommodation

* Transfers

* Activities

* Sports events

* Nightlife

* VIP experiences

* Restaurants

* Other requested services

We will use reasonable efforts to develop options that reflect the information you provide.

6. Proposed Itineraries

Any itinerary provided before formal booking is a proposal. It may be subject to:

* Availability

* Supplier confirmation

* Price changes

* Changes to group size

* Changes to travel dates

* Supplier conditions

* Event availability

* Flight availability

* Accommodation availability

An itinerary is not a guarantee that every element will remain available until booking.

7. Quotes, Estimates and Proposals

We may provide:

* Estimates

* Indicative prices

* Quotations

* Proposed itineraries

* Package options

* Optional upgrades

* Alternative arrangements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these remain subject to availability and confirmation.

A quote or proposal does not itself constitute a confirmed booking.

8. Pricing

Travel prices may change before formal booking. Prices can be affected by:

* Supplier pricing

* Flight availability

* Hotel availability

* Event availability

* Currency fluctuations

* Taxes and charges

* Group size

* Requested changes

* Supplier terms

Where a price changes materially before booking, we will communicate the revised price before you proceed.

9. Consultations

Where appropriate, we may arrange a telephone or online consultation to discuss your proposed trip. A consultation may be used to:

* Confirm your requirements

* Review the proposed itinerary

* Discuss pricing

* Discuss optional additions

* Make reasonable amendments

* Answer questions

* Confirm your preferred arrangements

* Discuss the next steps towards booking

A consultation does not itself create a confirmed booking.

10. Proceeding to Booking

If you decide to proceed, we will move your booking into the applicable TTNG booking process. This may involve:

* Confirmation of the selected arrangements

* Passenger information

* Formal booking documentation

* Payment

* Deposit requirements

* Balance-payment requirements

* Supplier confirmation

The formal booking process determines when the travel arrangements become contractually confirmed.

11. Formal Booking Contract

Once your travel is formally booked, the relevant booking documentation will identify the applicable contracting parties and terms.

Depending on the booking, this may include:

* The relevant travel organiser

* Travel agent

* ATOL holder

* Travel supplier

* Accommodation provider

* Event provider

* Other relevant party

The formal booking documentation and applicable booking terms will govern the confirmed travel arrangements.

These website Terms do not replace those booking-specific terms.

12. Financial Protection

Lad Trips Worldwide operates as an appointed travel agent under its agreement with The Travel Network Group.

Where applicable, your booking may be made under an ATOL, TTA or other financial-protection arrangement available through the relevant TTNG booking structure.

The protection applicable to your particular booking will be confirmed through the formal booking documentation.

For applicable ATOL-protected bookings, the customer will receive the appropriate ATOL Certificate identifying the relevant ATOL holder, ATOL number and protected elements.

The CAA states that an ATOL Certificate must be issued immediately when payment is taken for an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive booking.

Customers should retain all booking documentation and financial-protection certificates.

The applicable booking documentation is the definitive source for determining the protection applicable to your booking.

13. The Travel Network Group

The Travel Network Group Ltd is the travel-network organisation through which Lad Trips Worldwide operates its appointed-agent relationship.

TTNG provides travel-industry infrastructure and services to its members and travel businesses.

The applicable TTNG booking arrangements may facilitate:

* Booking processing

* Payment processing

* Supplier arrangements

* Booking confirmations

* Travel documentation

* Applicable financial-protection arrangements

You may review TTNG's own terms and conditions here: (https://thetravelnetworkgroup.co.uk/terms-conditions-2)

The applicable booking documentation will determine which TTNG-related arrangements apply to your particular booking.

Formal travel payments are processed through the applicable TTNG booking arrangements and/or authorised payment providers.

The formal payment documentation will specify:

* Amount payable

* Deposit

* Balance

* Payment deadlines

* Payment method

* Booking reference

* Any applicable payment conditions

Failure to make payment by an applicable deadline may result in cancellation or other consequences under the formal booking terms.

15. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when the relevant formal booking process has been completed and the applicable booking confirmation has been issued.

A:

* WhatsApp message

* Telephone conversation

* Email

* Proposal

* Indicative quote

* Verbal agreement

does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.

You may request changes to a proposed trip before formal booking.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requirements.

* Price

* Availability

* Accommodation

* Flights

* Partially refundable

* Subject to cancellation charges

* Subject to specific cancellation deadlines

* Subject to supplier-specific conditions

Hotel or accommodation facilities may vary.

Where applicable, additional charges such as:

may be payable directly to the accommodation provider.

Where such charges are known in advance, we will aim to communicate them appropriately.
